HOW DO I BOOK A WAD IT UP BUS?
Contact us at 618-783-3214 to check date availability or book directly online. If your desired date is available, please let us know how many hours you will need the bus. Don’t forget to call us one week prior to your event to confirm the date.
HOW MANY PEOPLE WILL OUR BUSES HOLD?
Our vehicles can accommodate between 5 to 42 passengers, depending on the bus or vehicle you choose to rent.
IS ALCOHOL ALLOWED ON THE BUS?
Alcohol is permitted on all Wad it Up Transport Buses. You must be at least 21 years old to consume alcohol while on board.
DO BUSES REQUIRE A DEPOSIT TO BOOK?
A $100.00 booking deposit is required. Bus 11 and 12 require a $200.00 booking deposit. Please note that this deposit is non-refundable.
DO OUR BUSES HAVE AIR CONDITIONING?
Currently, all buses are equipped with air conditioning, except for buses 5 and 8.
DOES WAD IT UP PROVIDE ALCOHOL?
Wad it Up does not offer alcohol, so feel free to bring your own.
IS THERE A FUEL SURCHARGE?
No, all fuel costs are included in the price within our 75-mile service area. Please note that longer trips may incur an additional charge based on the destination.
WHAT IS INCLUDED ON THE BUS?
Our buses feature perimeter-style seating, a premium sound system, LED dance lights, entertainment poles (excluding Buses 3, 4, 6, 7, and 9), and cell phone charging stations.
IS THERE A DJ ON THE BUS?
There is no DJ on the bus. Our buses come equipped with Bluetooth stereo systems and aux cords for connecting your phone or iPod.
